These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

Overview

Onebad.Agency (we, our, or us) is a one-person product studio that provides product design, software development, branding, website and related digital services. Marketing services are provided through trusted partners under their own terms.

Working Together

Before we begin a project, both parties will agree on scope, timelines, and deliverables through a signed proposal or contract. We do our best to stay on schedule, but great work takes collaboration. Timely feedback and communication help us deliver amazing results.

Payments

All projects require a deposit to start. Payment milestones and final dues are outlined in the proposal. Late payments may result in paused work or added fees.

Ownership

Once final payment is received, you own the final deliverables. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio, social media, or case studies, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Revisions & Scope

Each project includes a set number of revisions (outlined in your proposal). Additional changes or new requests may affect the timeline and cost, we’ll always communicate that upfront.

Confidentiality

Everything you share with us is kept confidential. If needed, we’re happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before we begin.

Cancellations

If a project is canceled early, you’ll only be billed for the work completed up to that point. Refunds on deposits are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Liability

We do our best to deliver thoughtful, strategic, and reliable solutions, but we can’t guarantee that everything will go perfectly. We’re not liable for any indirect or consequential damages that result from using our work or services.

Legal

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the Netherlands.

Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
